He is kind, patient professional. Vladimir sold my condo and helped me find my new condo. Vladimir provided valuable insightful recommendations and photos to sell my home. I am handicapped senior which can be challenging in everyday life but has proved to be more so when looking for a handicapped friendly condo. One step down into the laundry room means I cannot live there. It is with this issue that Vladimir and I required extra patience as people often do not realize they walked up a step to get into a building or the elevator. Agents that listed the properties we went to see, neglected to show steps in photos or mention on the MLS listing was being booked. I felt bad for taking up Vladimir's time when we would go to a building only to find out that I could not look at the condo because there was a step. But Vladimir was very supportive and assured me that he was there for me and that he understood the issues and challenges I have to deal with. I have dealings with 3 other Real Estate Agents in the past. 1 for my first home and 2 for estate sales. Those Agents were at best, average. They said and did only what was necessary.
