Agents that listed the properties we went to see, neglected to show steps in photos or mention on the MLS listing was being booked. I felt bad for taking up Vladimir's time when we would go to a building only to find out that I could not look at the condo because there was a step. But Vladimir was very supportive and assured me that he was there for me and that he understood the issues and challenges I have to deal with. I have dealings with 3 other Real Estate Agents in the past. 1 for my first home and 2 for estate sales. Those Agents were at best, average. They said and did only what was necessary.
